How does the pricing work?

Our pricing has two clear components: One-time project fee (design, build, and launch) and ongoing subscription fee (support, hosting, maintenance, and small changes).

Additional passthrough fees from vendors (like domain registration at ~$15/year) are billed separately with your approval.

Large features or overhauls that were not locked in with the original site launch will be an additional cost depending on scope and scale, and custom pricing agreements will be made as needed.

What does the project process look like?

We start with two discovery phases (meeting virtually or in person with a member of Creo Team) to understand your requirements and lock in design direction. Then we create a draft site for your review. You'll have multiple rounds of iterations to refine the look, feel, and content. Once you give final approval, we launch your site live.

How do revisions and changes work?

Each package includes specific revision rounds (5-25 depending on tier). During development, you can request changes to design, content, functionality, and features. After launch, all changes go to a preview site first where you can approve them before they go live.

What's included in ongoing support?

Ongoing support includes hosting, security updates, performance monitoring, and technical support. You'll also get access to a preview environment where you can see and approve changes before they're deployed to your live site.

How long does a typical project take?

Essential Website projects typically take 2-3 weeks, Comprehensive projects 4-6 weeks, and Enterprise projects vary based on complexity. We'll provide a detailed timeline before starting your project.

Can I make changes after the project is complete?

Absolutely! Each package includes revision rounds, and we're happy to make additional changes. For ongoing needs, we offer maintenance packages.
