How does the pricing work?
Website packages have two numbers: a one-time project fee for design, build, and launch, and a monthly subscription for hosting, support, and small changes.
Consulting is simpler. The engineer review and AI training are $300 an hour, with no retainer and no subscription.
Passthrough fees from vendors, like domain registration at about $15 a year, are billed separately and only with your approval.
Big features that were not part of the original scope get quoted separately before any work starts.
What does the project process look like?
You bring the vision, even if it is just inspirations and colors in a short brief. We build a rough draft of your actual site, then refine it with you in quick rounds. Nothing goes live until you sign off, and we launch on your schedule.
How do revisions and changes work?
Revisions are part of the process, not a meter running. We refine design, content, and function with you until it feels right. After launch, changes land on a preview site for your approval before going live.
What's included in ongoing support?
Hosting, security updates, monitoring, and technical support. You also get a client portal: track your requests and their deadlines, fill in forms, sign agreements, and hand over credentials through an encrypted vault instead of email.
How long does a typical project take?
Depends on the scope, and we would rather not make up a number. You get a plan with real dates before anything starts, and you approve it first.
Can I make changes after the project is complete?
Yes. Revisions come with every package, and most change requests are covered by your monthly subscription. Bigger ideas get scoped together first.
What if I need something custom?
